With 18 years of experience in international HR Business Partner roles, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how organizations manage talent, development, and performance. I’ve worked in complex and demanding environments — from innovation and consultancy to chemistry, logistics, and the public sector — where competency frameworks, leadership models, and performance indicators shaped the landscape.

But I also witnessed something fundamental:
Even within well-structured systems, people can become disconnected from themselves. They perform, adapt, climb the ladder — but often lose touch with their true strengths, values, and inner drivers.

My own transformation began when I paused to reflect on my own story. For years, I had built my career on discipline, responsibility, and results — values that had taken me far. But I also felt: there must be another way. Deeper. More sustainable. More authentic.
​
The Strengths Assessment was a turning point.
It reconnected me with my deeper career motivation, my values, and my sense of purpose. In 2017, I chose a new path:
I became an independent career coach and facilitator.
Not simply to help people "perform better," but to guide them through a fundamental career reorientation — grounded in strength, meaning, and self-awareness.
